These terms apply to every feature of your pptoto account: deposits, withdrawals, game access, promotional eligibility and account closure. Access to specific game categories — including Crash Games, Fish Hunter and E-Sports Arena — depends on local law. All financial transactions processed through DANA, OVO, GoPay

and QRIS are subject to the payment terms embedded within these conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms with at least seven days notice delivered to your registered email address. Continued use of your account after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised

pptoto maintains a clear framework for how your account data is stored, accessed and protected under these Terms and Conditions.

Enkripsi Data Akun

All personal data linked to your account — name, device fingerprint, transaction history across DANA and QRIS — is stored with AES-256 encryption. We do not sell or share this data with third parties outside of payment processing obligations stated in these terms.

Retensi Data

We retain your account data for the period required under applicable Indonesian financial regulations. After account closure, anonymised transaction records may be kept for up to five years solely for compliance purposes as outlined in Section 8 of these terms.

Kebijakan Cookie

Cookies used on pptoto.xyz are limited to session management, fraud detection and performance analytics. You can manage cookie preferences from the Privacy Settings page at any time; disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to deposit or play.

These terms become binding the moment you complete account registration and click the acceptance checkbox. They cover all subsequent activity — deposits via DANA or QRIS, game sessions including Bingo or Captain Bounty, and every withdrawal you request.

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least seven days before changes take effect. If you continue using your account after that period, you are considered to have accepted the new version. You may close your account before the deadline if you disagree.

Upon account closure, your personal profile is deactivated immediately. Anonymised transaction records — including GoPay and OVO payment history — are retained for up to five years as required by applicable Indonesian financial compliance rules stated within these terms.
